Jakarta - PT Arema Cronus response to the decision. Liga Indonesia will host the semi-finals of Indonesia Super League (ISL) in Palembang. Although a little sad, they remain ready to fight.
As reported previously, PT. LI decided ISL semifinals will be held at Jakabaring Sriwijaya Stadium, Palembang, November 4, 2014. Meanwhile, the final match was staged at the Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, three days later.
Kubu Arema had thought the semifinal will be held in Jakarta. They also have to bring the players to the capital as part of the preparation. But, now they have to fly to Palembang.
"It's a little sad too because this national event. And the team is staying in Jakarta began yesterday," said CEO Arema Cronus, Iwan Budianto, to detikSport, Friday (10/31/2014) afternoon.
However, Iwan confirmed that his team is well prepared to face semi-final match against Arsenal London, whether it be held in Jakarta and elsewhere.
"We are ready to play anywhere. Police officers have a definite consideration in deciding," he said.
