Manchester - Manchester United's all-round player, Daley Blind, called playing in the Premier League 'forced him to' evolve. He sure could be a more complete figure in the future.
Blind joined United at the start of this season. So far, players who can play in midfield, the wings, and the defender has performed 22 times in all competitions. Of the amount of his performance, he contributed two goals and two assists.
Initially, Blind had undoubtedly be able to follow the style of the Premier League to play hard and fast. The 25-year-old himself had admitted he was less suited to the Premier League for more flamboyant playing style.
But Blind believes the Premier League in the process will actually make it thrive. Ex Ajax Amsterdam it believes will be a better player and a complete over time.
"In the Premier League, you have to evolve. I realized that the rhythm of the game there is much higher," said Blind told De Telegraaf.
"Game-game runs much faster than in the Netherlands. It was very useful for me in the Dutch national team and also in careers."
"When you develop yourself, you can become a more complete player. And that's what I want, in order to get better every day, learning little things, and all of this should be naturally reflected in the game," he said, as quoted by the London Evening Standard.(detikSport)
