London - Chelsea has just announced a one-year contract extension for John Terry. The Blues manager, Jose Mourinho, mention this contract as a reward for good performance that foster children.
Terry ensured another season uniformed Chelsea after signing a contract extension annuals. Previously only binding contract defender 34 years until June.
Throughout this season, the Chelsea captain was performing quite well. He has played 40 times by donating six goals and two assists. One title has also embraced the English League Cup. Now Terry and Chelsea chasing the next title in the event the Premier League, where his team was leading the standings.
Mourinho denied that this contract is given as just a thank you for the contribution over the years. The Portuguese manager Terry deserves mention because it continues to perform well maintained.
"This new contract is not to simply say 'thank you very much'. It is given as John continued to perform well," Mourinho told the club's official website.
