Palermo - Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini, ensuring that the young star club, Paulo Dybala, will leave the end of the season following the rejection of a new contract.
Yesterday Dybala reported already rejected a contract extension from Palermo, which will run out of summer 2016. That means Dybala will go free next season if not sold this summer.
Rather than lose the potential for substantial funds from the sale Dybala, Zamparini will no longer seemed to hinder the departure of Argentine players.
Not only Dybala, Zamparini seems also will release one of its star, Franco Vazquez, who look good this season.
"It is confirmed that Paulo will go. In fact we will be looking for a new striker, because we only had (Andre) Belotti today," said Zamparini told Sky Sport Italia.
"Next season will be without Vazquez Palermo and Dybala, so I want to buy another player," said Zamparini.
Dybala sticking after impressing this season. From 27 appearances with Palermo in Serie A, he scored 12 goals and eight assists.
