"My wife came to pick him up at school and saw he was doing it (boxer-style goal celebration) in the classroom," Rooney said as quoted by ESPN.
"I'm sure you will not see (the celebration of such a goal) again," ceplosnya.
Rooney later claimed that Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal did not have a problem with boxing activities at home and believe the whole incident be overstated.
"I always liked boxing. Unfortunately, sometimes, it is not always smooth-smooth course. I knew it would be crowded in the newspaper and I've talked to the manager. He did not see it as a big problem. I do not see it as a big problem. (But ) Other people seem to be different. I love boxing. I come from boxing environment.
