Barcelona - Xavi Hernandez's move to Al Sadd louder blows, following a visit to Qatar last week. Xavi dismissed and insisted he was just pure visit to the Middle East.
Senior midfielder Barcelona was known to spend four days in the international break in Qatar. In the holiday, Xavi also had their pictures taken with the president Al Saad, Mohammad Al-Ali, who bluntly expects to recruit the 35-year footballer.
Lately, the issue of linking Xavi with Al Sadd is so intense. Winning two European Cup and the World Cup with the Spanish national team was offered a fee of 10 million euros per season with a contract for two years (one year extension option).
Contract at Camp Nou Xavi actually remaining until next year. However, along with the reduced portion of playing him, Xavi is believed to want to leave this summer also once tried another challenge.
"I just visited it, nothing more, just visit," said Xavi was quoted US.
"When I've had a word, I would say to you (journalists)," he added.
During a visit in Qatar, Xavi and his family did have dinner with the directors of the club and a visit to the club's facilities.(detikSport)
