La Coruna - Another coach who lost their jobs in La Liga this season. Victor Fernandez recently dismissed by Deportivo La Coruna because the team failed to raise achievement.
Fernandez welcome lift the leg after a 1-1 draw with Deportivo caretaker team Cordoba at home on Thursday (04/09/2015). The draw made Deportivo still under threat of relegation.
Deportivo now occupies the 17th position in La Liga standings. They just within two points of Almeria which is in the red zone.
"Deportivo La Coruna would like to thank Victor Fernandez," Deportivo wrote in a statement.
"Your role is important in our return to La Liga, the club's commitment to the project, and the work that has been done since coming to the club to this day."
"When a new coach has been appointed, the President Deportivo will appear before the media to introduce it."
Fernandez was appointed as coach of Deportivo on 10 July 2014. In 32 games as coach of Deportivo, he could only give six wins.
Some time ago, Almeria also perform the change of coach. They fired Juan Ignacio Martinez and replace it with Sergi Barjuan.(detikSport)
