Istanbul - Dirk Kuyt will return to Feyenoord next season. Kuyt has agreed to return to the club where he made his name it after the season ended.
Kuyt defend Feyenoord in the period 2003-2006. During this period, he appeared in 116 games in all competitions and scored 78 goals for Feyenoord.
Kuyt move to the Premier League club, Liverpool, in 2006. After six seasons in shining the Reds, he moved to Turkey to strengthen Fenerbahce.
Kuyt contract with Fenerbahce will expire at the end of the 2014/2015 season. After that, Kuyt will "return" to the De Kuip and played for Feyenoord again. 34-year-old attacker has signed a contract duration of one year with Feyenoord.
"This is the end of nine years of fun abroad. I underwent three wonderful years in Turkey and won everything. Now is a good time to come back," said Kuyt at Feyenoord's official website.
"I was in top form and I feel a great urge to succeed in De Kuip," he added.
"Hopefully there will be a difference compared to my first period there. I now really want to win something," said Kuyt.(detikSport)
