Alves's been offered a new contract by Barca

Barcelona - The meeting between Barcelona Dani Alves agent has been held. The player known to have been offered a new contract by the club.

The meeting took place on Wednesday afternoon (08/04/2015) local time. Alves is represented by an agent and former wife, Dinorah Santana who met with a number of clubs including Carles Reaxch officials in a meeting for two hours.

"On Monday I have met with Javier Bordad (Barca director)," said Santana to SPORT. "Today I come back to see them."

"I have received an offer (for new contracts) though so I can not say whether I am happy or not with this offer."

The meeting point between the camps Alves with Barca has not established. Because, Alves believed to demand new three-year contract but Barca want shorter.

"There will be many meetings anymore. They said they would contact me to arrange the next meeting," said Santana.

Alves, 31, is said to have a greater positioning than Barca. Ex Sevilla player is also much ogled top clubs of Europe plus Barca coach Luis Enrique lack confidence in the young players like Martin Montoya and Douglas.(detikSport)
